Previously, Richard was EVP Media and Business Development at FLY Communications. Prior to joining FLY, Richard was Global Media Chief at gyro, the world’s most awarded independent B2B Advertising agency, where he led exponential agency growth, ultimately resulting in a sale to Dentsu.
Richard also co-founded and grew Cossette Post Communications agency to $250M in revenues with a client roster that included Phoenix Wealth Management, TD Waterhouse (now TD Ameritrade), Hunter Douglas, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Carlsberg Beer, NetJets, McCain’s, Mentos Candy, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the US Coast Guard, and other high-profile accounts.
In his earlier leadership role at TBWA/Chiat Day, where he was EVP and Associate Media Director, Richard led the media strategy for Absolut Vodka, AOL and Club Med as clients.
